Well, this picture is where I hope to go. At least she's trim and keeping fit to bout!
But, my journey begins here. I've been struggling and struggling to get this weight off and start my blog, and, start helping others do what I have not been able to do with much success. Ho hum. Where to begin? Perhaps absorbing this picture for a while will help?
Well, guess what, I just decided I had better hire a fitness trainer to get me going and keep me accountable. I looked up the local fitness trainers in my region and came up with two interesting possibilities. One is a young female beginner. Her blog is dated 2020. But, I am sure she will have some good ideas I’m sure. The other is even more interesting because they come into your home and give you fitness tips for a home gym and help you lose weight too. I need both. It usually goes hand in hand.
I have to lose a lot of weight and the problem is that I continue to go back to old bad habits. You know? I know a lot about nutrition and vitamins and so on but it seems I need more than just the knowledge. I need to make a decision that no matter how painful or difficult it is I have to persevere to reach my goals. And. I realize I need help to get there. So, I will. I will hire a fitness trainer and pursue my goal until I see results. I know I can do this because I’ve done it before, and yes, I will do it again.

I will see you next week to let you know what happened with these fitness trainers, and what my next steps are.
